- We will provide a detailed explanation of items covered and not covered.
- Track your service plan on a monthly or bimonthly basis to ensure you do not miss the required service.
- We will arrange a booking space on your behalf at a time that will suit you.
- If your car is then out of the service or maintenance plans, we will get a service quote and ensure you are not over charged and that the correct parts get replaced as per the recommended service interval.
- We will assist with choices regarding extended policies to prevent pushy sales guys selling you things you do not need and/or that would not be beneficial.
- During the service we will assist you with any additional work quoted on you car by the repairer.
- We will obtain your license on you behave and deliver the disc to you. (You will only be liable for the actual license fee)
